Wii Fit

Merry Christmas! So for Christmas I got my parents a Wii and Wii Fit. I figured it would be a good way for them to stay active during the winter months. Now I’m wishing I got one for myself too. I knew the Wii was a great system, but Wii Fit is pretty sweet itself. The game comes with a balance board that can sense front to back, and side to side balance. It may not seem like you could do a whole lot with that, but they came up with a ton of balance games and exercises that incorporate the board. I’m in pretty decent shape, and some of the exercises were really giving me a workout. If you have the means and need to get in shape I highly recommend it.
