Loft 610
The other night we went to my cousin’s new restaurant in Plano, TX, called Loft 610. It’s an upscale place with great food and a relaxed atmosphere.
You would probably spend about $30-$50 per person normally, though my cousin treated us to a meal that would have been much more than that.
We sat up in the loft, almost exactly where the picture was taken. My entree I believe was called a White Russian Lasagna, with the different layers mimicking how a white russian is made.
It was made with A LOT of tasty lamb, and coffee flavored pasta. It was very good, and far from the microwave lasagnas I’m used to. 
After dinner we hung out in the bar for a bit, which apparently gets pretty crowded every night. I’m kicking myself for not sticking around longer.
