Two O’Ten starts in Silicon Valley
I’ve started the decade by moving up to Silicon Valley. Los Gatos, CA to be specific. Myself and two other founders of Zencoder are here to do some focused work and hopefully raise some capital for further development.
At the moment I’m alone in a house deep in the woods. The other two guys don’t show up until tomorrow.
It’s super quiet except for the occasional house noise, or distant truck struggling up a hill. A little creepy. I’m fighting the urge to think of scenes from The Shining. It probably didn’t help that I drank some caffeine then went to bed early.
Last year around this time I started writing one post every day. Even though I only made it through a few months, it was a great excercise, so I’m trying it again. It should be a little easier this time since i’m so secluded.
Also my beautiful girlfriend Jenni will be staring up her regular blogging as well, so check it out.
